Las entradas compradas en Civitatis no eran válidas al no tener código QR, después de discutir con el manager más de 30 minutos hemos tenido que comprar las entradas en taquilla. Como se puede entender estamos absolutamente decepcionados con la mala experiencia y en llegar a España pondremos haremos la reclamación para recuperar el importe robado.

The tickets purchased at Civitatis were not valid as they did not have a QR code, after discussing with the manager for more than 30 minutes we had to buy the tickets at the box office. As you can understand we are absolutely disappointed with the bad experience and when we arrive in Spain we will make a claim to recover the stolen amount.

Actividad muy recomendable, para toda la familia, pero especialmente para los más pequeños. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Tiene tres o cuatro atracciones para los más atrevidos. El resto es más tranquilo. No olvidemos que es un parque cubierto y el espacio es limitado. Buenos sitios para comer y no excesivamente caros para estar dentro de un parque. El día que estuvimos no había mucha gente, pero las entradas a las atracciones están diseñadas para unas largas colas. Ojo con eso. Translate this opinion into English.

Highly recommended activity for the whole family, but especially for the little ones. Everything very clean and taken care of. It has three or four attractions for the most daring.
