Hace 2 horas están los clientes en la cola y les falta aún 1 hora más para poder subir. Ya se perdfieron la hora dorada para ver las vistas de dia y de noche. Están muy disconformes ya que no fue respetado el horario para la subida y hay gente que entra por otra fila sin colas.

The customers have been in line for two hours and still have another hour to wait before they can go up. They've already missed the golden hour to see the views, both day and night. They are very unhappy because the schedule for going up wasn't respected, and some people are entering through another line without waiting in line.

No puede ser que teniendo la entrada a las 18,00 pm y estavamos a la cola a las 17,30 tal y como aconsejan, entremos a las20 ,30 pm., lo cual ha sido un desastre porque no se ve nada solo luces, y cojimos esta hora para poder ver de dia y de noche ( eramos 6 personas) està muy mal organizado

En el bono que enviaron desde civitatis indicaba que nos acercaramos a la entrada de Burj Khalifa almenos media hora antes. Pero la noche anterior sobre las 23.00 nos llego un mensaje por correo que teniamos punto de encuentro en tienda guerlain de dubai mall. No sabiamos qué hacer y fuimos a las ultimas intrucciones. Error!!! Alli no vino nadie Y fuimos ya a las cola a las 11.10 cuando podiamos haber estado a las 10 por nuestra cuenta. Suerte que nos dejaron pasar 3h mas tarde.

The voucher sent by Civitatis indicated we should arrive at the Burj Khalifa entrance at least half an hour early. However, the night before, around 11:00 PM, we received an email stating our meeting point was at the Guerlain store in the Dubai Mall. Unsure what to do, we followed the instructions. Mistake! No one was there. We ended up queuing at 11:10 AM when we could have arrived at 10:00 AM on our own. Luckily, they let us in three hours later.

Las vistas son impresionantes. De verdad vale cada euro gastado. Perooooo es un descontrol para entra. deben mejorar en ese sentido lleguen mas temprano de lo que indica el ticket

Horroroso, sobre-saturado de gente y personal absolutamente incapaz e ineficaz. Mas de 2 horas para poder acceder al edificio con una temperatura cerca de los 30@ en pleno diciembre. Escoger el horario de las 17:00h para poder ver el aterdecer y llegar arriba pasadas las 19:00 en plena noche. Un desastre absoluto, en un pais muy poco preparado para el turismo.

Horrible, overcrowded, and with utterly incompetent and inefficient staff. It took over two hours to get into the building in near-30°C heat in the middle of December. I chose the 5:00 PM time slot to see the sunset and arrived at the top after 7:00 PM in the dead of night. An absolute disaster in a country ill-prepared for tourism.

Por supuesto la experiencia es singular y vale la pena si cuentas con la paciencia necesaria. Mi mala puntuación se debe a la pésima organización. Fuimos un 29 de diciembre, teníamos reserva a las 17:00h, pero fuimos a cerciorarnos de la longitud de la cola por la mañana. Así que una hora y media antes de la hora ya estábamos haciendo cola. Hicimos 3 horas de cola. Además dan constante prioridad a los grupos. Ya hecha la visita, de nuevo colas para bajar. Mucho calor i agotamiento.

We went on December 29th, we had a reservation for 5:00 PM, but we went to check the length of the queue in the morning. So, an hour and a half before the scheduled time, we were already queuing. We waited in line for three hours. They also constantly give priority to groups. After the visit, there were more queues to get down. It was very hot and we were exhausted.

VERGONZO. Llegamos media hora antes de las 5.30 pm para ver el sunset.. La cola para ingresar era enorme!! Mucho desorden, falta de indicaciones concretas por horario de ingreso. Los empleados justificaban la demora por la época del año. Luego de 2.30 horas de cola para ingresar, llegamos al piso 124 a las 7.30. Para descender tuvimos que hacer nuevamente una larga cola, pasados 35 minutos solicité paso prioritario porque perdía una reserva en un restaurant. Muy mala experiencia!

SHAMEFUL. We arrived half an hour before 5:30 pm to see the sunset. The line to get in was enormous! Very disorganized, with no clear instructions regarding entry times. The employees justified the delay by citing the time of year. After waiting in line for 2.5 hours, we finally reached the 124th floor at 7:30. To get down, we had to wait in another long line. After 35 minutes, I requested priority access because I was about to miss a restaurant reservation. A terrible experience!

I m very disappointed beacause I booked for a sunset experience at 5 pm.. But nowhere was written that we have to do about 2 hours in line so we lost the sunset. If I should know that I would book earlier. Onestly the price doesn t worst the experience.

Fatal, elegimos las 17 horas y nos han tenido 1 hora esperando, primero te dicen que estés 30 min antes. Y hemos subido una hora más tarde, con lo cual todo es de noche, la idea era ver el sunset, pero nada. Encima actividad cara y nada de nada organizada.
