Fueron muy atentos en general, pero tuve que esperar una hora por la recogida. Y lo que me disgustó , 3 atracciones no estaban disponibles, entre ellas la montaña rusa más rápida del mundo, el simulador y otros… si hubiera sabido esto último, igual no hubiera ido..

They were very helpful overall, but I had to wait an hour for the pick up. And what I disliked was that 3 attractions were not available, including the fastest roller coaster in the world, the simulator and others… if I had known this, I might not have gone.

Voy a dividir mis comentarios: -Transporte: Excelente servicio, pasaron por nosotros al hotel, previo contacto con nosotros (2 adultos), nos enviaron las entradas 2 días antes y nos dejaron en el parque puntualmente. Nos comentaron que podían recogernos a la hora que quisiéramos. Servicio privado para nosotros, no compartimos con nadie más. -Ferrari World: únicamente tiene 4 atracciones de muy alta velocidad, no la consideraría para un siguiente viaje, lo recorres en menos de 2 horas Translate this opinion into English.

Un poco decepcionado del servicio de esta excursion, comparado con las otras que he hecho con otra compania. Retraso de 40 minutos sin llamar ni nada ! Ninguna explicacion durante el viaje sobre lo que veiamos, en pocas palabras, solo es el transporte y el ticket.

Respecto al parque, increíble! La montaña rusa más rapida del mundo no la puedes creer, es una velocidad de salida impresionante, la historia de la marca muy interesante. El único inconveniente que sufrimos fue que llegaron un poco más tarde de lo mencionado, manejaron muy despacio y además pararon en una estación de gasolina, lo cual hizo que perdiéramos 1 hora de las 8 que dura el tour. Fuera de eso vale mucho la pena visitar Ferrari World.

No me avisaron de la hora pense que era la del bono de compra y el chofer casi me deja por que segun el era a las 9 y ustedes pusieron 10 a 1030 muy molesto el chofer mañana es mi ultomo cupon y nadie se ha puesto en contacto la comida a las 12 en el burj arabat y no se a que hora pasan por.mi se los encargo

El Lugar DEBES de ir a conocerlo, no recomiendo el tour, el chofer paso muy tarde viéndonos por el hotel llegamos 12.30pm de la tarde y fue excesivamente puntual en recogernos del lugar 6.pm, Hubiera sido mejor coordinar llegar por nuestra cuenta mas temprano y estar todo el día para aprovechar las instalaciones.

Nuestra actividad era el ferrari word. Vitor nos recogió en el hotel, muy puntual. Solo tenemos buenas palabras hacia el, pues nos llevó a varios museos y nos enseñó Abu Dabi antes de dejarnos en el Ferrari Word. Una experiencia muy recomendada, especialmente para los amantes de la fórmula 1, de la velocidad, y de los ferraris.

el parque ferrari world nos ha encantado solo que la recogida a nuestro hotel por la mañana ha tenido mucho retrasso y hemos estado 1h30 a la recepcion del hotel esperando que llegue el xofer.

We loved Ferrari World Park, but the pickup from our hotel in the morning was very delayed, and we spent 1 hour and 30 minutes at the hotel reception waiting for the driver to arrive.

Tuvimos una experiencia poco satisfactoria. La recogida se retrasó casi una hora, primero por otros clientes y luego por un problema mecánico. Llegamos tarde al parque, pero no se nos ofreció ningún tiempo extra para compensarlo. Además, a la vuelta, a las 17:25 ya nos estaban avisando para irnos, cuando apenas habíamos disfrutado del tiempo previsto. Falta de organización y poca consideración con el cliente.

We had an unsatisfactory experience. Pickup was delayed for almost an hour, first due to other customers and then due to a mechanical problem. We arrived late to the park, but weren't offered any extra time to compensate. Furthermore, on our return trip, at 5:25 PM, we were already being told to leave, even though we had barely enjoyed the allotted time. Poor organization and little consideration for the customer.

Los pasajeros estuvieron en la recepción a la hora indicada 10-10.30am y les comunicaron que llegarían a buscarlos 45 min más tarde de lo acordado. Decidieron no aceptar el cambio ya que tenían otra actividad prevista luego de Ferrari World y no llegarían. Este cambio les afectaba la programación del resto del día. Solicitamos un reembolso del valor de esta excursión por este motivo ajeno a los pasajeros. Muchas gracias Juan Suárez (agencia de viajes)
