No recomiendo hacer esta actividad con CIVITATIS. El chofer llegó dos horas tarde a recogernos al hotel, y eso afectó nuestra visita en FERRARI WORLD ya que abrían a las 12:00 y nosotros llegamos 13:30. Después al finalizar la actividad para ir de regreso a Dubai el chofer esperó más de 30 minutos a una persona que no llegó a la hora establecida para regresarnos. Ferrari world es un gran parque pero el servicio de transporte conseguido por CIVITATIS fue PÉSIMO.

I do not recommend doing this activity with CIVITATIS. The driver was two hours late to pick us up at the hotel, and that affected our visit to FERRARI WORLD since they opened at 12:00 and we arrived at 1:30 p.m. Later, at the end of the activity to go back to Dubai, the driver waited more than 30 minutes for a person who did not arrive at the established time to return us. Ferrari world is a great park but the transportation service provided by CIVITATIS was AWFUL.

Los tickets de acceso a Ferrari World, no me fueron enviados con antelación a mi e-mail y perdí más de 1 hora para gestionar su recepción ya en las taquillas del parque. La duración total de mi visita en el parque era de 6 horas aproximadamente y no he estado ni 5 horas una pena. El personal de tickets de Ferrari World, fue especialmente amable y resolutivo en la gestión.

O tour poderia ter durado pelo menos mais duas horas, já que o parque Ferrari ficava aberto até as 20 horas e tivemos que sair as 18 horas. Considerando o Ramadã o parque abriu as 13 horas. Translate this opinion into English.

Motorista veio nos buscar no hotel no horário errado que a empresa tinha me informado, depois na volta o mesmo problema motorista deu uma volta imensa antes de nos deixar no hotel, deixando todos que falavam a língua dele antes
