Supuestamente tenia dos dias reservado para usar el bus, subirme y bajarme las veces que queria. El primer problema fue que en el Zoco del oro no encontrabamos las paradas. Mas de dos horas buscando la parada y al final cogimos un taxi para ir al museo del futuro. He pagado un disparate de dinero por dos dias de autobus para luego solo usarlo durante una vuelta. Para mi ha sido nefasto

Supposedly I had two days reserved to use the bus, get on and off as many times as I wanted. The first problem was that we couldn't find the stops in the Gold Souk. More than two hours looking for the stop and in the end we took a taxi to go to the museum of the future. I have paid a nonsense of money for two days of bus and then only use it for one trip. No recomiendo a nadie que haga reserva por este medio, compramos un paquete que incluía 6 actividades y cuando fuimos a comenzar el tour nos informaron que 5 de ellas ya no las prestan. Por tal motivo quisimos cancelar la actividad y nos dijeron que no se podía porque se tenía que hacer 24 horas antes. Civitatis se lava las manos diciendo que están tratando de hablar con el operador pero que este no responde. Es muy triste que uno como turista se vea sometido a esta clase de estafas

Sentimos mucho que no pudieras disfrutar de esta experiencia como estaba previsto. El proveedor local nos ha confirmado lo sucedido y los responsables pertinentes están informados de la situación para poder tomar las medidas necesarias. Te confirmamos que se ha tramitado el reembolso correspondiente.

Todo bastante te puedes subir y bajar y pasando cada 1h , lo han adaptado , al igual q las lineas , q solo funciona la linea roja pero la han cambiado para abarcar mas zonas de dubai. Lo malo es q no hay ni nocturno ni paseo por el creek

Los recorridos eran muy extensos entre una línea y otra personalmente para nosotros necesitábamos en el.hotel Atlantis para llegar a,la última línea era mucho tiempo y volver a,repasar todas las líneas anteriores. Esta bien para,quien se queda por la zona céntrica ... sino tampoco se puede hacer el Tour nocturno.
