El tour fue muy flojo. El guía no nos contaba muchas cosas interesantes, sobre todo historia del país muy floja, solo anécdotas populares y no salía de ahí. Todo iba a una marcha demasiado rápida y así imposible contemplar bien la ciudad, como si el guia quisiera terminar lo más pronto posible el tour. Entendemos que es una época de mucho calor y las visitas pueden llegar a ser muy agobiantes pero el guia no ayudó tampoco mucho a que disfrutáramos del tour.

Muy amable y dispuesto en todo momento, demostró conocimiento de la zona y su historia e hizo que la visita de cuatro horas se pasara en un suspiro. Se le puede pedir cambiar itinerario sobre la marcha sin problemas. Como había posibilidad de hacerlo en español lo pedimos así y Hossan habla español perfectamente. - call center do operador trabalhou muito mal, tive de repetir várias vezes o mesmo assunto, uma vez q não dá para falar com o mesmo funcionário - tour foi feito de acordo com o programado - motorista foi profissional - guia não foi muito profissional, o tempo todo ao telefone - guia não falava português e sim espanhol, a publicidade feita pela civitatis é q o tour é em português, isso não aconteceu Têm alguns pontos a melhorar.

Siempre hay que contar con el tráfico caótico de la ciudad y el tiempo que se pierde en el coche. Además recomiendo dejar la subida del Burk Khalifa para un día fuera del tour ya que ocupa mucho tiempo en nuestro caso Casi 3 horas perdidas. Mohammed est un guide très compétent, agréable et attentionné. Les visites étaient très bien enchaînées et on a pu voir pas mal de curiosités en peu de temps. Il nous a donné bcp d’informations sur le pays, son organisation et fonctionnement et sur ses valeurs. Bref, tout était parfait pour nous adultes et nos ados. Je conseille ce visite sans hésitation.
