Traslado de Abu Dabi a Dubái no nos llevó a la dirección contratada y tardamos tres cuartos de hora más en el trayecto para llegar a nuestro hotel, nos pidieron sólo a pocas horas de la recogida más dinero por el mismo trayecto argumentando q debían de tener un modelo de vehículo diferente al contratado cuando la información de los viajeros q éramos ya se le había facilitado con antelación

El vehículo debía ser más grande por las restricciones locales referentes a la Covid-19, ya que no se permite un coche con aforo completo. El proveedor nos ha confirmado que se te dejó en la dirección solicitada. Sentimos que el servicio no cumpliera con tus expectativas.

Nous n'avons pas trouvé la personne qui devait nous accueillir à l'aéroport nous avons dû chercher pendant plus de 1h demandé à plusieurs personnes de nous aider pour enfin trouvé quelqu'un qui lui téléphone car nous ne parlons pas anglais et semble-t-il qu'il était au parking sous-terrain. Par contre le chauffeur a été excellent nous a très bien conduit à notre hôtel t dans un très bon véhicule

Nous avons confirmé qu'une personne vous attendait dans le hall à l'heure convenue. Nous sommes désolés que vous ne l'ayez pas rencontrée et que vous n'ayez pas pu appeler le téléphone d'urgence à temps. Nous continuerons à travailler pour réduire au minimum ce type d'incidents.
